Russell grew up in Summerville SC. He has earned two bachelor’s degrees; one in criminal justice and the other in religion. Russell owns his own business as a licensed residential builder and consultant. Russell joined St. Andrews in 2012 with his wife Peggy and youngest daughter, Ashley. Russell enthusiastically serves our church by helping us maintain our facilities as well as serving as an active ruling elder.
